When you submit our "Design Your Journey" enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include:

When you browse the site, we (and our analytics provider) may automatically collect standard technical data such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site (including from Google Ads), using cookies and similar technologies.

• To plan, book, and manage your trip if you proceed

We process your enquiry information because you have asked us to plan a trip for you (to take steps at your request before entering a contract) and on the basis of your consent. We process analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our service, where permitted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver your trip or run our website:

• Travel suppliers — hotels, golf courses, transport, and local operators, only to arrange the services in your itinerary
• Service providers — Netlify (which hosts this site and processes form submissions) and Google (Analytics/Ads), who process data on our behalf

Some of these providers are based outside Vietnam, so your information may be processed internationally under appropriate safeguards.
